As the treatment comes to you, I bring all the equipment, including a reclining chair. I suggest that you have the room free from distractions that is well ventilated at a temperature that is comfortable for you. We all love our pets, but please make sure they are not going to disturb your session! If you have any relaxing music to play, put this on.

On your first treatment there will be a short consultation, this is so that I can create a treatment plan tailored to suit you. This should last about half an hour. You then move onto the reclining chair and get comfortable. You will need to take your shoes and socks off. A short foot analysis will be completed, then the treatment will start. The treatment will take 50 minutes. I use a range of waxes as a massage medium, these are of high quality and you are able to pick one to suit you.

During the treatment the body will be relaxing and responding to the treatment. This tube clip shows a typical session. You may have reactions during the session (which are all natural) these include:

  • Being hot or cold.
  • A change in mood.
  • Sweating.
  • Light headedness or dizziness.
  • A feeling of hunger or thirst.
  • Feeling a tingling or a warm sensation.
  • Laughing or crying.
