A Mobile Reflexology service for the Derbyshire Dales

I offer a mobile reflexology service in and around Matlock, Wirksworth, Bakewell, Brailsford, Hulland Ward and Ashbourne and many villages in between such as Winster, Monyash, Tansley, Ashover, Baslow, Earl Sterdale and Lea. Being a mobile reflexologist allows you to receive reflexology treatments in the comfort of your own home.

By following the Governments and Association of Reflexologists Covid guidelines, I can ensure a relaxing treatment for you in the safety of your home. I have risk assessments and cleaning procedures in place, dedicated work clothing, and 3 ply face coverings. The day before your appointment I will need to phone to do a risk assessment too. Please ask if you have any questions or concerns.

I am a Neal's Yard Remedies consultant, both selling and using their products. To view the Neal's Yard Products follow the link Neal's Yard Products

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists , and trained in reflexology to support fertility.

Home. MAR Therapist

Before becoming a reflexologist, I studied and taught conservation and ecology. This gave me a deep sense of how energy flows through food webs and balances in nutrient cycles. This instilled in me how interlinked we all are to the world and the environment. In our busy lives it is easy to forget this and become isolated. I try to bring this to my approach, thinking how important our feet are to link us to the earth, and thus re balancing.

What is Reflexology?

It is a complementary holistic therapy which uses massage and pressure points on the foot to stimulate a response in the body. It uses the idea that the body and its organs are mirrored in the feet. It is a sensitive therapy that can pick up on past and present issues, along with emotional and physical imbalances in the body. For more information, and details on the different theories behind reflexology go to about reflexology

Reflexology for fertility

Reflexology can be tailored to support couples trying to conceive, both naturally, and using assisted conception. It used specific and structured protocols to assist fertility health for men and women. It aims to assist any underlying conditions, regulate menstrual cycle and improve sperm production.
